First and foremost, we want to thank you for your continued loyalty to Flatrock Family Dentistry. We are so blessed to have you as part of our growing Flatrock family each year. We want you to know how much we truly appreciate you choosing Flatrock for your dental care.

Our mission is to understand our patient’s needs and inspire them to achieve the highest level of health they desire. For us to stand by our mission, we have made an important change to our appointment agreement and wanted to make sure you were aware of it.

We are asking our patients to give us a minimum of two full business days’ notice to change a reserved appointment. If less than two full business days’ notice is given, there will be a $50 cancellation fee applied to all appointments. This policy will be in effect starting January 1st, 2022. When we reserve an appointment, we have set aside this time specifically for the patient and our clinical team. Giving a full two business days’ notice allows us an opportunity to fill the time and help another patient in need of dental care.
