At Flatrock Family Dentistry, we understand that traditional dental plans aren’t for everyone. That’s why we created our own plan to meet everyone’s needs. From adult to child, and even patients with a history of gum disease, we can provide healthy smiles for your entire family!

NO ANNUAL FEE OR CONTRACT!

  • 10% OFF: Cleanings, exams, x-rays and fluoride when paying with cash or check ONLY.
  • 8% OFF: Cleanings, exams, x-rays and fluoride when paying with debit or credit card.
  • 10% OFF: Deep cleanings and treatment PAID IN FULL WHEN SCHEDULING with cash or check ONLY.
  • 8% OFF: Deep cleanings and treatment PAID IN FULL WHEN SCHEDULING with debit or credit card.

For any questions, please ask a member of our front office team. If you are not currently a patient of  our office, a dentist from our Flatrock Team will do a full oral evaluation to recommend the best course of treatment to address your dental needs. It is our practice to review all treatment prior to performing procedures to make sure you are comfortable with the decisions you are making in regards to your oral health. All plans are non-refundable and non- transferable. The plan is based on an auto-renewal contract. Must provide 30 day cancellation notice. This is not an insurance product. Nonsurgical periodontal therapy is not included; however, it is subject to the 10% discount. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
